The problem starts when people make new random accounts to just waste people on their own side, like with those guys who jumped out of their Lavs prior to running over a teamate on purpose, you will see that happening so much, theres not gonna be a whole lot of FW left, worst part is, you cant even protect yourself by shooting back at them when they try to kill you, because it will harm your own LP.
In essence, those *-holes will milk double tear digits, its sad, but it will happen, in eve this is less of a factor because every playing is on a "payed" account, Dust being free...you better watch your back.

I think a good way to go would be always play FW with good friends, so if one person is victim of griefing, the rest of the squad will make the TKer regret being such an idiot
That would still mean the griefer wins by having LP deducted from your friends killing the griefer 30 times over in a match, most on here are not familier with games where everything goes and the last man standing wins.
But on the PC there are so called HardCore games, if you die you loose all your stuff. (the ohter guy then gets all your stuff)
On one example: Say you make a new friend at the safezone (cant kill each other here) and decide to hit town to look for some loot, this all works perfectly until your friend finds a Gun at that point he will instantly equip balls and shoot you in the face with em...
Its pretty much a given, that when a total stranger you team up with, gets a weapon, he will try to kill you with it, i have not found out otherwise in those games....its also shoot first ask if your pottential new friendl are friendly after they are dead, you will always get the same response that they indeed were friendly and had no intention of killing you, altough when they meet up with your earlier while you where on another character, they clubbed you to death like a baby seal, on the instant you turned around after you joined them.
I don't see how its gonna be much diffrent in FW...theres always going to be one d*ck in there trying to ruin it for everyone else, or full squads of pre-made d*ck friends where the only option is to back out of the game.
